⇒ How do I order?
There are two ways to order:
1) Pre-register: Register as a customer at the top of the page at “Log in/Create an account”, or click here. Fill in your contact information and start shopping, by clicking at a category and selecting a product. Click on check-out and choose payment option and shipping. After reading the terms & conditions, confirm the order. You will recieve an order confirmation by e-mail and as soon as the order is shipping you will be sent a delivery confirmation.
2) Register at check-out: Start shopping by clicking at a category and selecting a product. Click on check-out and fill in your contact information. Choose payment and shipping option. After reading the terms & conditions, confirm the order. You will recieve an order confirmation by e-mail and as soon as the order is shipping you will be sent a delivery confirmation.
⇒ When will I recieve my order?
If the product is in stock, the normal delivery time is 2-9 working days (1-4 days for packing, 3-5 days for delivery) from the order date.
If the product is out of stock, it could take up to 8 weeks until delivery. If longer, you will be notified by e-mail.
⇒ How do I return a product?
With the delivery confirmation by e-mail, a return note is attached and will explain the return procedure. If you miss the return note, you can download it here.
⇒ Is it possible to return or change a product I bought at an event?
If you have the date of purchase, the name of the event and have bought the product within the Nordics, we are able to help you. Please, contact our customer service for further assistance.
⇒ I have a broken product, what do I do?
Please, send a picture of the defect product and e-mail to our customer service together with the order number. We will get back to you as soon as we have deliberated the matter.
⇒ I can’t log in to my account. What is the problem?
If you forget your password, you can always reset it, by clicking here. If you still can’t log in, please contact our customer service to reset the account.
⇒ How do I use my team discount code?
At check-out, add your code in the field below your selected articles and click on “activate”. All prices will be withdrawn throughout your visit.
If you discount code do not work, please contact your team to make sure you have a valid code, otherwise you are welcome to contact our customer service.
Note that it is not possible to use your discount code on sales items. Although, the discount code can be combined with a possible gift card.
⇒ I won a gift card, but the code does not seem to work. What do I do?
We updated our system in March 2013 and all the codes from before that is not activated in the new system. If you have an older code, please take a picture of the card you have received and e-mail it to our customer service.
Valid codes that do not have to be re-created have the format xxxx-xxxx-xxxx .
⇒ What size do I have?

⇒ I would like to buy a products I found at TYR.com, but they do not ship outside the U.S. Is it possible to order it through you?
Yes, we are ordering from the U.S. every 8th week and are able to special order a certain product for you that are available on the site at the time we order. Note that it can take up to 8 weeks until we can deliver it and we will charge a handling fee of 50 SEK to proceed the special order. Please, send us an e-mail with the products you are interested in, your address and also contact information, and we will reply with a confirmation of the order as soon as it has been handled.

⇒ What countries do you ship to?
TYR Nordic ships to Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Benelux, Poland and the Baltics. If you live outside these territories, please contact our customer service for more information.
